wondering how the Center

funds. Here is how the
donations are utilized:
Mission Statement: To enhance resources for
educational success of all children in the
Center School District by actively involving the
entire community of students, parents,
teachers, administrators, community
members and alumni. We fulfill our mission
by raising money to give grants to classroom
teachers for innovative, measurable, and high
impact projects with their students. These
projects lie outside of the scope of the
District’s budget. Project and grant requests
include Robotics, Journalism, Players 58-
(wireless microphones), Marketing, Literacy,
Math, Entrepreneurship, Government,
STEAM, Parents as Teachers, Woodshop &
Trade Skills, Special Education, Project Lead
the Way, Social Emotional Learning and
Field Trips.
What is the School and
Museum tour on
Saturday, 8/3?
1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Meet at the High school.
Enter through the doors off of the parking
lot and take a trip down memory lane!
Current Center High students have been
selected to be our tour guides. You will be
shown around the school to see what’s new!
Don’t forget to check out the trophy
cases…we had some amazing teams! Peruse
old yearbooks and fun memorabilia in the
Museum which is located downstairs where
we had shop and art classes. There is an
elevator to the Museum if needed.
Are Center graduates from
classes other than 1974
allowed to attend?
Only if they are the spouse or partner of a
1974 graduate.
Join us Saturday afternoon at the
high school from 1:00 - 3:00 for the
museum and school tour.
